Worked with an independent roofing crew that were all pushing 70 about to retire. They lost over a mill collectively. I don't know what happened to them but it was incredibly sad. You really should just go home. Quit. Change professions. Anything but deal with osha.

Jesus Christ is the way truth and life. This is the most important truth in existence. To understand this you need to personally read at least three books of the Bible, genesis, Mathew, and one you chose yourself. As you do you must do the inner work Jesus Christ taught. Start with forgiveness. Parents are easiest. Look inside for the grievances we all build up their and practice forgiveness inside your heart. It teaches your soul something important, heals parts that have become clouded. Please trust me. If you genuinely open up your heart you discover the truth within. Jesus Christ is lord.

Spoken like HR themselves, I'm 26yrs in trades. Awareness of area and knowing your limits/ability works well enough. The Mo's + Ron's just can't be helped, no matter the enforcements.

Damn, I miss residential. The smell of the wood, the memories, being my own boss, all of it. I wish there was still resi work booming around like it was when I started 22 years ago.

I got told to stop walking my ladder while i was putting cardboard up around the garage in a new house for spray in insulation for the Attic. I climbed down and handed the guy my tools and stack of board and went back to the shop and quit. Found another job two days later

Us pipeline welders will literally stop welding and sit in the truck until they leave. We’ve sat for 50 mins one time 😭🤣 They’ll find something to complain about lol
