thanks Jamie for the great advice! creatine is an incredibly popular supplement, but when should you take it? before or after a workout? Richie explains all here 👉 kzbin.info/www/bejne/nqrai5iEpcapetU

Thank you for another super helpful and concise video! I have always trained (weight lifting and running) fasted since I'm not hungry in the morning... could this have negative effects on the long term? 🤔
@CaptainJammieJam2 жыл бұрын
Not at all Gaby :) Fasted training is totally fine for most and any "negative" effects would be felt short term (within a given session - for example, feeling lethargic or faint) rather than long term. Someone could argue that it may impact how much lean muscle you gain or how much your performance has increased over time but that's really dependant on the individual. If you try to push yourself to train after a meal when you prefer not to it's likely that'll be more detrimental to your training as opposed to better it because you'll feel uncomfortable and the session may be tainted by that discomfort. Anyways, I'm rambling, but hope this makes sense!
