When to Harvest Eggplant? Sooner that you think!

I've had very little success with eggplants. I tried growing it hydroponically with the Kratkey method and it started out well, but it was my first time doing so and I didn't keep up with the EC balance. It got way too high and I didn't fill it up with more water. You live and learn. I'll try again.
