Shawn, I met Ryan Gregnol today at LIV Golf Miami. He was hitting driver in the simulator there in the fan zone. What a great guy. We talked about what a great teacher you are. It was honor to driver in front of him for sure.

Great comparison and explanation of club choice based on the lie. I always thought that hybrids were the club to use out of the rough but watching this video helped me to understand the reason for club choice. Thank you!

My biggest issue from the rough is not how to get out, but distance control: I never understand if the ball will come out dead or super hot, so I often end up too short or too long to the green.

That will happen! It’s called rough for a reason and it’s the rub of the green; better to be in a divot in the fairway than in the rough that is high!

Hey Shawn, I'm in the process of remodeling my swing with the Wisdom you have on this channel! The one thing I am struggling with is that I'm seeing a really low ball flight on my long irons and my woods. Any advice?

To be more specific, I'm seeing a similar carry compared to before the swing change with wedges and irons up to my 7 iron (185ish), but then my carry numbers are collapsing around the 185-200 yard mark for my 6-4 iron, and woods/hybrids are not carrying too much farther past that. My total yardage is continuing to go up, just not my carry yardage.

Shawn , On aiming , target back to intermediate point . You said not a straight shot in golf. Are you saying your not swing towards the target but right of the intermediate for draw and left of intermediate for fade ? Attempting to understand the side vision . When I swing towards the target not right of the intermediate , I seem to see more toe shots ? Is that make sense ? Also Hogan's five lessons , he has the ball forward on all shots . Only the right foot moves back or forward , longer verses shorter clubs . Any videos debunking the picture ?

never swing directly at the END TARGET; always deliver in the direction you want ro start the ball and always always use the intermediate point to deliver the blur of club that way. On premium, it’s “alignment reload” and “blur of club” and “unstoppable momentum arc blur series” as for Hogan, YES, we have the full “diagonal stance series” on premium and we debunk his stance chart which also includes WIDTH OF STANCE!!!
