Thats right. When im often riddled with anxiety the only thing that i can do is sit in it. If you try to control it more, its like putting fuel into the fire. Whats crazy is I got rid of my panic attacks once I stopped controlling it, it happened in a instant. From pure adrenaline to pure bliss within seconds. its scary to actually do but its something that ultimately you must decide to do. Keep spreading the message my friend.
