I feel devastated whenever I accidentally or negligently breach this and I repent. I also entertain the idea of the calendar being changed by the Roman Catholic Church that may have undermined Sabbath observation. I was in church last Sunday and I avoided work, staying at home until dark on Saturday. I’m not perfectly observing the Sabbath, but I remember it, I pray and I aspire to read the Word of God on Saturdays. I’m trying to please and serve our Lord, not to earn my salvation with my obedience. I light candles, but I cannot justify this with Biblical reference and I am trying to tidy up my acts about Sabbath. When I started, I had the strong conviction of doing so. Others may not have had this, I may be wrong and I trust the Lord to cover us with His Grace to correct our mistakes. I’m not a Pharisee, I accept my sinfulness and I trust our Lord Jesus Christ and the Almighty God to give me discernment through the Holy Spirit.

The very things you have listed (foundations, firmament) is what the people in that period believed; that the Earth was divided into 3 levels; Sheol (under the world), the Earth and its inhabitants and the Heavens; the firmaments held up the water in the sky. As you can see, it is an ancient scientifically inaccurate view that the Bible employed to make its story be better understood by the Israelites. The Bible was written for us, not to us. I would suggest you research more about this, since I don't have any time left to explain, although I can happily attempt to tomorrow. God bless you too.

Some of this difference is male vs female complimenting Masculine more outward looking at external threats that are big picture but not practical for day to day life Feminine more focused on internal home nurturing and like “what is our family going to eat for the next meal”
