I totally agree to " when you look good, you feel good!" that's a saying I used in high school when i was battling some at home things. i would dress up head to toe and i would tell myself i am a supermodel and everyone would treat me accordingly. I went through a challenging time in my life and I am still picking up the pieces. So I started putting those things aside. My outfits became too casual. I still don't feel like myself. Also, many people I am surrounded by do not prioritize their weight, diet and appearance. But that's not me! I agree. The outer packaging (one's image) is everything alongside a nice personality and intelligence. If you want a high caliber man you need to present yourself like a high caliber woman. I resided in LA (and the surrounding area) for a few decades. Looking good is encouraged in LA in general. I have met many stars/celebrities just hanging out in LA, Calabasas, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, DTLA, Pasadena... It is a high caliber town that embraces the arts of all kinds plus there's a lot to see and do... LA is a very motivating and high energy place. The ladies in CA in general take good care of themselves, for the most part. In America's greatest cities you've gotta keep up or be left behind. I currently reside in Las Vegas, NV. The hot weather makes room for in-door activities of all kinds everywhere. The concerts, hotel/resort activities, clubs, entertainment and dining out are all very popular things to do. So, getting dressed up and going out on the town in the evening is the thing to do here.

The key is to especially do this when you know you have a good man. Rihanna said since having kids she be looking busted like she her baby daddy’s assistant instead woman but he still love her and hasn’t left her yet. A good rule of thumb when you in the house be comfortable but if you have a husband it’s good to dress up to go nowhere at least 3 times out of the week. Now, anytime you going out I think it’s common sense to look presentable, you don’t need to look like you going to an interview all the time though.

when you feel good in your spirit, you become HAPPY. Body is such the lowest common denominator of human living. we are the essence of God walking(goddess too) and i am so tired of people talking about a body or pretty. it is superficial. When you love your spirit, you stop caring about who like you. External validation=means never happy. Internal validation=happiness and joy. This whole society is lost in their own sauce, being left behind, and its scary this coming from "grown" people. Who give a fuck what a man like! do I like who I look like, that's all that matters.
