This may not work for everybody, but I found a way for it - I started working out. I go to the gym to break a sweat a little bit. I killed today's workout tho. You basically go to the gym and spend however much time you like and do whatever you like in there! And then after you've had your workout you head into a shower and leave fresh and clean with a sence that you've done something nice for your health
