When you're lost

☆ some things we need to be reminded of sometimes ☆
Everyone's always saying we should be living life to the fullest, but what does that even mean?
I don't think that living life to the fullest means buying a plane ticket, or making a lot of money, or going to a different party every night.
It's living exactly how you want to, living your truth. Not by other people's directions or standards. Being who you are so unapologetically that your spirit shines bright enough to warm the world.
Doing all of the things that make you happy, because the world has enough people doing things just to pass time, things that dampen their soul instead of make them feel alive.
It's feeling connected with everything and everyone. Knowing that you are connected with everything and everyone.
Living the life that you came to this earth to live. Loving with the entirety of your heart, loving this life, loving the people you have met, and the things you are seeing and the experiences you are living.
You are exactly where you're supposed to be. Continue exploring and finding and being. All of your feelings, all of your thoughts, all of you is exactly why you are here. Embrace everything as part of your story.
And know that you have the ability to write the rest of the book any way that you want it to be.

You can do it!! There's no right or wrong way to draw, you just gotta find your style! Just because you can't draw the same way someone else does doesn't mean your drawing isn't beautiful too! Look at the famous artists like Picasso or Matisse or Frida Kahlo and how different and unique all of their drawing styles are. Also, drawing is a learnable skill, so if you want to draw in a certain way, look up tutorials and keep practicing! Just have fun with it, and don't worry too much about how "good" you are. I believe in your wonderful creative abilities ♥︎♥︎♥︎

I've been feeling so lost lately and I literally just came across your video. It's so beautiful, I shed literal tears😭💖 Everything you were saying was just resonating with my soul. You just made me feel so much better about everything going on in my life. Thank you so much for this. I have been battling with depression for over a year, and the way people explained the quote "live life to your fullest" didn't make sense to me. I, as an introvert, didn't want to travel around the world, go to parties etc. Because being someone who hates social interaction and being told to go out and live, not in the way I want to live, but "doing activities". Activities that didn't make me happy, didn't make me feel better and that made me think that the world isnt a good place. I don't like being forced to talk to people. But thanks to you, I understand that "live life to your fullest" means doing things that *actually* make you happy.

I know this video is a year ago but I've just found your channel and your words made me tear up a bit. I've been in a really bad place recently, I'm 26 and a few years ago I graduated from University, thinking I was going to be happy and get a good job, but then my Nan died and then my Mum became ill so I am her full time carer (definitely not complaining about that) so my world flipped upside down. I thought for the longest time that my dream was to go to University and become a Barrister, after everything that happened I felt like I had become nothing in life, unable to work because my mum is ill, mental health had severely deteriorated. But I still found happiness with myself in everything and art has helped, it doesn't matter what job you do, or where you go. Self happiness and being content is worth more than putting so much pressure on yourself and straining your mental health x
