I love how this turned out! Composition is everything, at least in photography which I love but I never really related it to art. I'm glad you brought it up otherwise I'd never improve.

Yeah, I always think about it. Though I'm not actually much lectured in Photography. I tried to avoid going to deep since this was not a tutorial video, but things like exposition and other phenomena do take a major role illustration. I mean, we have to mimic those effects, for it is a drawing at the end of the day. 😆

@@flafdraws Very true, I just wish it didn't need to be spelled out to me (and many other viewers) who are trying to get into drawing/art more 😅. I forward to your next piece, speed paint 🎨 or philosophical video on the complexity of oranges. I'll be here 🫵🏼💯👍🏼

Thank you, it is important to me knowing someone has enjoyed it. 🙏 When KZbin doesn't deliver a video (like this time), it is worse than saying the video was bad. Because I have no feedback whatsoever, I'm basically left in the dark. 🤦♂️

@@flafdraws KZbin is frustrating like that, I tried creating a channel years ago (3 or 4 algorithm's ago lol) and it just never took off. I feel like I gave up to soon, that and my heart just wasn't in it. But I don't see you having that problem. Forgive my bluntness but here's how I see it; you're trackling a subject(s) that's been talked to death BUT you're making it interesting. It's not an exaggeration to see I really enjoyed your video, AND I was able to learn from it. You didn't just say "you can do it too!" the while time which I deeply appreciate. You put the "YOU" in KZbin by expressing the struggle of trying to finish a piece and the real world struggles that came with it. Plus you have solid advise on how you overcome it, that means something to people like me. I am nowhere near your skill level but I am honestly existed to try out your tips. Practice doesn't make perfect but it does make better. 💯

Yeah, I don't want to just make videos for the numbers. It is so frustrating when a video feels like a filler episode... I really try to learn and share something, that is true. I may not always nail it, but I'm definitely trying. I really miss the old KZbin days. Most of the videos I watch are from 5~10 years ago, because it is hard to find useful material from recent uploads, the watchtime algorithm just doesn't favor that. 🤷♂️
