So they knowingly let a crackhead drive a tow truck and handle money. Seems pretty irresponsible of them as well! They knew he failed a drug test for Crack! That falls on them too!

I worked for a company that ran a background check on me and knew I had a suspended license, I was under the impression I would be riding with the guy running from the job from the hotel to the job site. I live in MS and the job was in Texas, when the guy picked me up from the airport he told me “this is the truck you’re going to be driving back and forth”. And I hadn’t worked in 3 months and it was a good paying job so I did it. I was doing a lot Of H at that time but I did stop it and was just smoking pot and taking subs while I was there, they drug tested me and seen the subs and weed in my system and my boss just said “just try to be clean next time we test you”. I got rear ended about two weeks later and when my boss got to the accident site and the cop was talking to him he said “I can’t believe he didn’t tell us he had a suspended license!” And all kind of other stuff playing stupid. Which I did tell them for One and besides that they literally did a background check and it showed up on jt. Crazy past is they stiiiiil was going to let me keep working there and told me I could just ride with the other guy “till my truck got out the shop” lol. I flew back home for my 2 weeks off and never went back though. That was like 4 years ago, I’ve been clean 30 months now and have a better job and my license back.

Also both times I got pulled over while driving on the suspended license I immediately showed them my ID and told them my license was suspended. First time I told the cop the story and explained to Him that I honestly had no idea I was going to be driving when I came down there and that I had been out of work and Didn’t even have the money to fly back home at the time and he didn’t even give me a ticket just told me to Figure something out and don’t let him see my Driving again. Second time was a different cop and I was honest and upfront and he gave me a ticket but didn’t take me to jail. Point is it’s crazy how much it helps when you cooperate unlike 95% of the arrest videos I watch of people with no license or warrants immediately saying they have no identification and trying to give a fake name and everything else’, they’re too stupid to realize they’re just making ten times worse on their self then they get mad at the cops for not just going along with their clearly made up lie

Wait. So dude worked four shifts, and he’s not even gonna get 100 bucks?! Even if you damage something, isn’t there insurance? Who would work for such a ratchet company?! No wonder he’s stealing a meager hundred dollars, you’re not paying your workers! I can’t believe I’m saying this, I stand with a crackhead

Insurance should cover the damage to the equipment. No need to withhold whatever paycheck he might get. From the sounds of it that incident triggered a reasonable suspicion drug test, which he failed. No telling how long he has been working under the influence, since cocaine/crack is detectable for about 72 hours.

It sounds like they didn't want to claim on their insurance policy to avoid their premiums increasing.

Of course it was, that's a good way to lose subscribers. There's enough bullshit that goes on in this country every day we don't need content that we've already seen.

When I first started at my job, I quickly discovered that my predecessor had apparently just been playing on her phone all day or something. Nothing beyond the absolute bare minimum had been done for *years*. This included financial stuff. Within the first two weeks, I found $18k in cash locked inside a desk, and another $4.5k in an envelope in a storage closet. Nobody knew it was there. I could have taken it. I'm a single mom; that kind of money would have made a world of difference. But it didn't even occur to me, because I'm not a fricking THIEF. I put it all in the safe and let my boss know. Our finance department had a meeting with us later to find out where the heck we got the $22.5k cash that we suddenly deposited! 😅 Anyway, I never understood thieves. It's very simple: if it's not yours, you don't take it!

Such a small amount to call law enforcement. They probably mistreat their employees. He should be let off with a warning

Guy should have just said he misplaced or can’t find the money and it would have just been an employer/employee issue and not a case of robbery. Dude is an honest drug addict.

And I don’t understand how they can hold him Accountable for damages? That’s what insurance is for. And they knew he failed a drug test and was still letting him drive? Company seems shady af.
@tommystearns1475Ай бұрын
$1300 in damages? To what? That wasn’t even described to the officer. They should’ve just took the $105 out of his pay and sent him on his way instead of having him arrested and stuck with no way to get back home

Sooo he bought drugs and food and wanted them to just take the L and let him leave! Obviously a drug addict

Not everybody is subscribed to other KZbin channels and chooses only one. Also, this channel and others have longer bodycam footage videos than others who only edited to shorten the time and to make it more on point.
