I'm a Lakers fan, so I'm going to say this without bias. Many people outside the GSW fans hate Steph. But I'm not one of them. Many fans will still pick Kyrie over Steph, even after he has proven himself time and time again. They find many excuses on why they think Kyrie is better. Kyrie's dribbling, his drive to the basket, his instinct, etc. Never about what really counts which Steph has. And that's his leadership skills, his clutch shooting, and of course his winning in all aspects of the game. Kyrie hasn't won mvp, finals mvp, or win the finals as the main leader of a team. A far cry from that spell of games where he was missing all of his good looks and going 1/13 or 2/11 etc.

I think it’s not just the fact that maybe Curry hasn’t been setting his feet right on his shots or really good defense or just him getting over the three record. For sure it’s all of those combined, but the reason it lasted so long is because once you start shooting bad for a few games, you kind of lose your shot a bit. Doesn’t come so easily. Once you get those 2, 3, 4, 5 games where you shoot well again, you refind your shot. That’s definitely what’s happening for Curry. Also what else has helped him find his shot again is the fact he’s had to find scoring in other places. Shooting a lot more midrange shots, game winner in Houston, layups, etc. he’s been shooting those a lot more trying to find his shot and it’s opened up his three game. Now he can shoot from anywhere on the court more confidently because he’s had to adjust and find scoring some other way. I believe his shooting slump is now behind him

Craziest thing in sports has gotta be golden state coming back from being down 3-1 and then losing after being up 3-1 the very next series.
