I’ve never seen another like it, had the front two buckets with the console, the the rear seat was also two seat with a divider, all factory appearing, it was early 1969 when I owned it, so I don’t know if it was factory made that was, I do know the upholstery was definitely factory.

Back in 1965, a rich high school friend of mine got to choose his first car as a graduation present. He asked for a new Chevrolet Chevelle station wagon. He also asked for the following options- A/C, power steering, brakes, windows and seats, tinted glass, a rather bland bronze paint finish and matching vinyl and cloth interior. He also asked for a 327 with fuel injection, police package suspension and tires, tachometer and vacuum gauge. The dealer sent the car to B & M Hydro in Los Angeles to fit in one of their custom hydromatics with manual shift. He ended up with definitely the hottest station wagon in southern California. He once took us on a banzai run up the 606 Freeway at about 130 mph. Quite a graduation present.

Wow - love perfomance wagons like that. That DDA paint code is vague, tried doing a little searching. I found somewhere stating that was a 'light yellow green', but I just can't see that with a blue interior. Silvermist Ivory and Cameo White were Pontiac colors that year, and those would make sense with that interior. Maybe just faded and yellowed with rust over the years. @@jaynecobb6711 a station wagon isn't something for factory performance engines. I'm 65 now and I've ruined quite a few Camaros and firebird's in my time making quarter mile street machines. So a wagon would have been nothing to me. Your only looking at it from today's perspective. I've regretted ruining my cars over the years, but I had lots of fun doing it. I cringe today seeing people ls swap old cars. The first Camaro I screwed up was a 67 RS/SS 4 speed 327 325 HP with tilt wheel which was rare in a standard transmission car . Most of the cars I ruined were only 10 to 15 years old when I did it. So you should rethink how you insult people via the Internet when you know nothing about them.
