When he came to deliver the food he swiftly place the orders to the right person. And when it was time to pay he still remembered what each one of us ordered and said our orders without making a single mistake to the cashier. Mind fucking blowing.

Corban Sterner This video was made with double sided satire, which makes it so good. Since we both know how the customers are mocked, I'll move on to the other side. The scene is constructed from the perspective of the waiter with hyperboles. No customers in real life would start flaying or saying fuck in such exaggeration, mostly because it would embarrass themselves more than the waiter. They appear this way in the video because of how the waiter perceives them. The customer might in fact have said "You didn't get my only order correct" and the waiter still perceives it as "fuck you". Second, the right to complain is never by the person who is wrong. Sure, it would be all fine if the customer does not complain at all! But it would be so much better if the waiter didn't act overconfident with remembering orders, and did not make the mistake in the first place. Imagine him at another job, carrying plates. He can only manage 6 but he carries 10 instead. Drops them all. And gets cussed at. Instead of thinking "oh I shouldn't have done that, I'll remember next time", he focuses more on how he got cussed at. That is why he cannot be on the road to success. Even if the customer did say a bunch of "fuck", the waiter can simply focus more on improving and doing the job right.

If I was being payed for doing yard work and killed some flowers, or washing a car and scratched it, I would expect the customer to be kind of pissed, right? I mean, mistakes happen, but you should do your best at your job. And if you make a mistake you should own it, not take the attitude that the customer is somehow wrong. If they are abusive that's another story, but owning your mistakes is how one gets better at life in general.
