When your ex blocks you on everything, you need to acknowledge that, first of all, that relationship coaching is not magic. Breakup recovery takes work, especially when you have burned bridges. When your ex blocks you on everything, it's a clear indicator that you most likely have made a lot of mistakes and you have been too pushy.
The second thing you need is detachment. You need to gain some perspective. You need to give your ex time and space to breathe. You are afraid that they are going to move on and forget about you, but we would rather them move on and forget about you than for you to drive them absolutely nuts and for them to resent you, despise you, because you are such a burden, and so selfish, that you can't understand how they feel or put yourself in their shoes.
When your ex blocks you on everything, it means that it's not the right time. The time has not come for you to try to force your way to have communication or contact of some sorts with your ex. Whether its been a week, or a year, when your ex blocks you on everything, there's a reason for it.

This channel really helps me to calm myself down and think deep of what i should really do. Watched this video and i had some stuffs going on my mind.. Its been a month plus since we broke off and a few weeks later, i found out i was blocked everywhere. Complete no contact. Thinking back, i realized how needy i was for having to plead and so on. When that happened, i panicked but fortunately i was able to get back up again. Here's the thing.. I thought i was doing just fine. I was enjoying my time with friends and family, keeping myself busy.. Til a certain point, there was this day that i saw him and he just walked pass by me as if i was invisible. I didnt mind.. Great video and advice, it’s been two months since my breakup and my ex seems to have blocked my cell phone and removed me from social media (not fully blocked). After dating a year, I completed my first no contract after 3 weeks and that seemed to work well, we talked shortly on the phone but than she seemed to not respond. So after two more attempts within a month I decided to start no contact again but at this point was full force into rebuilding myself and adventuring more. I posted on social media of my adventures (probably too frequently) which I had been going on weekly. I had hoped that in showing my adventures I could show how I’ve been progressing in aspects I believe had held the relationship back. Obviously I had been too active on social media it seems and that likely drove the blocking. Not sure how to proceed, other than as coach says, it means she’s not ready…

One to two days after I checked her Instagram on my moms phone and low and behold she re followed and is probably talking to the kid that they both liked when I first met her. She just turned 17, and this kid is 19 in college, so at the time she saw more potential in me. What if you're just blocked on their two Facebook pages and not the phone or What's app where we use to chat? I blocked someone on everything who only texted me when I stopped texting him, and I got tired of it. I felt like he wanted to bait me into chasing him again because, in all honesty, that's what I was doing by texting him first all the time. I just want to move on and find a guy who wants something special.

Me and my ex have been broken up for about 2 months at first he contacted and reached out and then one day I just had to let him know how I felt. We weren’t friends on fb but a couple weeks later he blocked me. We didn’t end badly so I don’t understand why he would do this

He was my long lost love & came back into my life. He said he wanted a relationship with me. We spent 1 month texting & met up twice & caught up on each other's lives. He just lives a few miles from me but we just never had been able to connect over the years. He stays busy. The last day I went over to his house I felt like he was actually letting me into his world. He had been very guarded from past relationships. I got ready to leave & he hugged me, didn't kiss me & said he would text me. 1 day went by no text, 2 days no text, the 3rd day I finally reached out & found I had been blocked across the board! The wind was knocked out of me! What did I do? I'm trying to stay strong but the "what did I do" keeps creeping in. 😢

Hello coach alex, Me and my boyfriend took break,I happily gave him break as he says he is Having lots of issues , his dad is also not well, he didn't want to lose me. But not really in a state of taking to me. I saw one of your video and gave him break by being supportive. Now Suddenly after 30 days of no contact he blocked me, i don't know why ! I was not bothering him at all, i was not texting or calling him. I was normal. I remember changing my profile picture one day before he blocked me. What should i do?

I have been in no contact for a month now, an haven’t broke radio silence not once. My ex consistently watches my snaps whenever I post. I don’t post often an I don’t make them about her or our past. I blocked my ex due to too many times that he continually made mistakes and honestly I feel refreshed ☺️ I don’t have to put up with crap if I don’t want to anymore.

What do you do if the she tells your friend she won't date you because of her living with her parents. We are both over 18 and in college. What if he told me he was going to block me on everything but only did it on Instagram? I blocked him on messenger and Facebook before he could which seems childish in the moment, but it was more of me proving I could be patient and give him space. I can unblock him any time I want, but I'm waiting until after NC is over. I also blocked him on Snapchat, and while I have his number, he doesn't have mine because I got a SIM card on my deployment so I can better communicate with others. So should I text him after NC but keep him blocked?

I was talking to a woman on Facebook,one day she stopped talking to me, and the next day she blocked me. She did tell me, she has been hurt by alot of men, and she told her friend that she is kinda talking to me. If I did something wrong or post something I offended her, she didn't tell me about it.
