If they blocked you out of no where while you are following no contact, trust me guys these dumpers always expect that we as dumpees will beg and plead until we loose our self respect but when we don't do that as we start following no contact rule they get mad because we have done something unexpected and eventually they block us just for the simple fact that they couldn't able to handle our attitude. So we actually won the game guys, you all should feel happy that you showed them that you are such a high value person and you deserve a pat on your back for this, don't get hurt just for the simple fact that they blocked you😄

@@MS-rd1tn well it's been 1 yr now and i have totally moved on from the breakup and so i can tell that no contact rules actually works! I remember in my initial breakup stage she blocked me( i didn't even texted or called her after the breakup as i started the no contact rule but still got blocked) but after 3 months she automatically unblocked me out of no where, i didn't texted her nor she texted me as for now i have moved on in my life so much that i don't even have her number or anything to contact her nor do i have any interest in getting back together, she is just a past memory for me. Just stay strong and you will get thru this stage✌

Was blocked everywhere on socials and by number 2 weeks ago. Was never told we were done, we were breaking up, she wanted out; nope she straight ghosted me and blocked after a small dispute. I didn't talk to her for 1 day because I needed time to collect my thoughts after the dispute and this is how she retaliates. I've only been into this video 4:36 and all that was said so far is absolutely practical and to the point. The reason for saying this is: My ex of 10 years decided to break up with me. She blocked my landline and cell phone, and even go as far as to block me from her father's phone as well. She didn't even as much as open up and call me on my birthday. This really hurts you know. Good question! What I take away from these videos is, you go through all this time and effort with no contact, and then showing them your going on with your life, etc to try to get them back, when there’s probably little to no chance of it happening but by the time you get through with all these steps to win them back, it’s been long enough that you don’t care anymore.

My ex blocked me right before his birthday. He broke up with me saying he is in depression and can’t put effort and time in a relationship. It's the worst feeling in the world. Being led on so extremely and then ghosted, when asked her about it, didn't exactly get a reasonable answer.. Started no contact and after 2 weeks in she blocked me on everything. I'm still blocked a further 3 weeks later. Pretty sure it's permanent because of how cold she became towards the end. Can yal please please please do a video on marriage separation and how it works for “limited contact” I see my ex about 10 min a week when we drop off our son to each other. How can I get her back. I'll tell you EXACTLY why she does that. When my girlfriend of 4 years and I split up for the first time back In May she done the same thing and so did I. After we got back together she confessed that she was curious to see what I was up to and knew the whole time that I was coming back home to be with her and our son. Curiosity creates desire. Don't beg her or come off as clingy. Just appear happy on social media and like you're living your best life and she'll be back. She wouldn't keep blocking/unblocking you If she wasn't Interested. I explained why I did what I did, and told him that I was willing to maintain a friendship with him if he was comfortable with it. Otherwise I’d respect his decision to stop all contact. After about a week, he unblocked me from instagram only to angrily message me about how I ruined his life. I listened to him, didn’t interject or create conflict. I just told him that I understood his decision, and hopefully he can find his own happiness. And after about a month of very occasionally minimal small talk, he asked me to call him, and we started building our relationship. The trick is to be patient. You gotta nurture that little emotional connection once you get them to want to talk to you again. Don’t ask too many questions. Don’t ask for closure or anything. Just have respect for yourself, and be the bigger man.

@@philipc7801 honestly wish you were right, 12th of next month will be a year on the dot, will also be a year of being completely sober. Might be another year before I'm ready for another relationship, I did try, but I knew it was just not the right time and it felt overwhelming and unhealthy, I knew it was not in eithers interest to force it. My old relationship was an EXTREMELY unhealthy and co-dependant relationship, (4 years) and I have a lot to sort out in life after the situation I was in, many pieces to pick up. I've got my car licence, lost a tonne of weight, work out more, nearly a year sober, and and doing a certificate in alcohol and drugs, hoping to specialise in counseling. Honestly, it might take months, it might take years or more to be "over it" I've still a lot of regret for my actions caused due to alcohol, ruined a lot of relationships, and caused infinate amounts of self suffering, I was truly unhappy due to lifestyle and self sabotage (no goals, ambitions etc) It's a slow and long journey to improvement, and you NEED to put yourself first ALWAYS, you can't rely on someone else's validation at the end of the day. The important thing is so focus on yourself, don't be too hard on yourself, it takes as long as it takes, try to keep busy, try new things etc. Anyway, don't want my rant to detract from yourself, sorry, just trying to give some perspective, I know how painful it is, really, it's the worst experience I've had in my life. But find the good, learn a D improve until you're even better for the next lucky woman. I promise it gets easier slowly :) Also remove social media and any other BS I PROMISE it's helpful.

It took me months to finally reach a conclusion that is both realistic and acceptable to me. Unfortunately this messed so much with my head, that I continue to make stuff up to cope. I agree that shame might hold her back. She has plenty of reasons to be ashamed. I wonder how does she even look into the mirror. She was also avoiding all conflicts like the plague even during the relationship, so I also agree she might fear talking about it. She can't face her flaws. If I've made these self improvements before meeting her, I would've ditched her after weeks. She is really not relationship material. I'm 100% sure she doesn't care about hurting me and definitely not about her being with a guy. We "broke up" when I found out she was already dating a "friend" of mine for a month already. I'm pretty sure now that she wanted to make sure it works out with the bastard before she wanted to break up with me. In case it didn't work out, she wouldn't have said a thing and would've just continued her relationship with me as if nothing happened. However I've spoiled her plans when I found out. Now I'm sure she doesn't give a flying crap about my feelings and hurting me. But yeah, I can't be sure sadly. One of the most hurtful things you can do to your ex is not telling them your reasons and she made sure I had the least info possible.

Little update about my situation. So on Wednesday I got together with my ex I stay at her place we were talking she said she wa confuse and she didn’t know what was happening that she was considering getting back together but she was not ready for a relationship again. But the next day I found out that she is talking to another guy telling him that she wants to see him ( she was drunk) and I think they already hooked up and they are still hanging out. Or you could make your account private. She is clearly disturbing your peace and giving mixed signals, so you might as well block her. Sometimes people just get curious but that doesn't mean they care. I check up on random people for no reason, I do check my exes too, but I don't really care. It's just boredom and curiosity. Maybe she does want you back, but would you take back someone who blocked you and is hiding behind a fake account and doesn't make a first move which is the bare minimum?
