Me and my brother would clear houses for antibiotics and chop stumps for honey, with twice finding one just after i got above 5%, meaning the infection stayed and was not fully healed. It went on for many in-game days while we struggled and fought and barely survived... until finally, after many hours of work i finally was able to heal fully! Also when I saw Britt asking for help with hunger meter I remembered when I was playing Raft on (I think) Easy difficulty where there is no inventory loss penalty for dying for a long time early on I just hoarded resources including food and whenever the hunger or water bar got depleted I just killed my avatar by drowning or by shark bitting (whichever came first) and then just simply respawned over and over again.

It's a great feeling when you're playing CTF in a shooter and you finally make your teammates understand that winning every fight is not only unnecessary but also possibly detrimental. Dying gives you a free teleport back to your own base, and killing the enemy gives THEM a free teleport back to THEIR base. Win and lose strategically instead of obsessing over kill count and pride. Heck, fall on your own grenades if it'll get you where you need to go.
