I got my tongue pierced in about 2000, and about day 2, I thought I heard thunder and asked my husband if that was thunder, but because my tongue was swollen, it came out Dunder. He said what? After repeating myself 2x, I got angry because it hurt to talk and yelled, Dunder Dunder, you know, boom boom boom! We just looked at each other and busted out laughing. To this day, if I hear thunder, I ask him if that was Dunder. 🤣🤣🤣

My senior on Easter vacation took the bus from Bayonne NJ to downtown Manhattan with her brain dead girlfriend to get her tongue pierced....a week later as I was pulling in driveway she opened the front door & yelled " daddy got a call at school"...this school was an all girls catholic school run by nuns....when I walked in I asked why & she showed me that tongue...at which point I held out my hand & asked for the ring & thru it down the sink...the next day I went to work & told the story....friends wanted to know why I didn't notice her not talking...I told them I did but just thought she had an attitude problem...about a month later I need a plumber & when he removed the pipe under the sink he found the ring at which point my daughter asked for it back..

@@sagbrady8414 💜 Thank you for contributing your story. Did you give the ring back? I was around when anyone piercing their nose or a man putting a ring in his ear was unusual. And NO ONE had full-arm tattoos or full-body tattoos. If I hadve come home with a full-arm tattoo, my Dad wouldve disowned me A pierced tongue is bad enough. Now theyll tattoo the sclera of your eyeball (the white skin of your eye) I can understand peer pressure, wanting to be cool, or just making the statement that its your body & you can disappoint your parents if you want. But some of these people take tattoos & piercings to a satanic extreme thats way beyond that

Oh those ear hoops scare me... although I would just love to see them with their baby, because hair and interesting looking things within reach are gonna get yanked at... Also if you get into a fight that would be the first thing I'd do!!! Now my 2 daughters got into a fight, and the younger one grabbed a hold of the earing and pulled straight down. That sucker ripped her ear all the way through.!!! I guess I should mention getting an ear cuff that wraps around the back and ends up right where the earring would be. I'd be willing to bet that the person who designed them had a similar issue.

I can relate to the tongue piercing, I've never had it but I had a friend that did and boy did I love hearing him speak "Yesh I got dish piershed at the tat-too parlor" 😂😂😂 spent almost $100 to talk like daffy duck the rest of his life

During that time frame when you have to keep the piercing in so it doesn't reclose it either kept falling out or he was told by his parents and teachers to take it out. So he quintessentially got his tongue peirce repeatedly for idk how long, you'd think after a bit he'd just stop but nope he kept doing it

😂😂😂 I'm a mean momma too. When my daughter got her 1st tattoo on her upper thigh I noticed it peeking out from from the bottom of her shorts and asked what's that, come here. Dumb girl came closer and asks What?! *Smack* That. 😂😂😂 her tattoo was still kinda new so it really hurt when I slapped it. 😒 But my daughter, has no learning curve. SMH ... Rinse repeat, a year later when she got a tattoo on the other thigh....*smack* 😂😂😂

A friend of mine went home and his 15 came in the house and he saw that he had pierced his ear. He told him to come over so that he could see it better. Yep. He jerked it out and told his son don't ever come home again as long as he lives in his house with any piercing or tattoos. Another friends son came home with a tattoo and he said that the artist told him to keep it clean. He grab his son and took him out to his work shed and used a wire brush to clean it off for him. He also told him if you ever get another that he would clean it for him again. 30 years later he never got another tattoo
