For anyone wondering why you want to build haste even as a mid zilean is his different play style in the mid/lategame where you don't double bomb anymore but you should triple and even quad bomb someone if you have enough haste.

thats the best build for FULL BURST mages without DoT ... only need change MEJAI BY OTHER Tempest or Dark flame (+15 magic pen , and choose between extra ap of dark flame or more move of other tempest , becoming 55 or 40 less than mejai 25 stacks and lesse move , but with 15 magic pen extra , while this do SO MUCH MORE DAMAGE than 50 ap against enemyes ) or a Horizon for help you in Vision and CDR instead extra pen (but with more damage)
