Still if they can't play they can at least bother to program some decent sequences. A lot of demos are more lackluster than they need to be.

I love how tastefully you picked the specific melodies for each sound. Very, very nice. i loved the sounds, even if most of them are very commercial/edmstyle, they still have a very own character. So tanks for showing the sound-soul of the a1!

I'm seriously thinking about buying the A1. I have several mono synths which I love but I' always running out of voices. The four synths with voices should give me what I need. Lots of good choices.
@edgross20319 жыл бұрын
Ed Gross how does the A1 compare to your Roland? I'm leaning towards the Nord. The four tones should open up lots of options. I'll have money in a couple weeks. I have working synths i bought 20 years ago. Serious decisions ahead.

Whentherushcomes reminds me of the Jupiter 8 in that it is only a 2 Osc synth but sound more powerful than 3-4 Osc synths of its time, must be the actual thought that goes into the sound architecture that makes these synths work better

What preset was the Final Fantasy V song played on? Beautiful as hell
@M3sslah9 жыл бұрын
Hey again I bought this baby mostly because of your video so thanks for that, now I am thinking of returning it not to get something else but to get the rack/table version since I don't really need the keys which is quite few anyway and then I save 200€. So I was wondering would it be possible to link the modwheel effects to a pedal on say a midi master keybord instead? Because then the keyboard version is definitely not needed for me since mostly the modwheel is what you want, I can't fill the room with keyboards. Love the sound on it do, have you done a patch of your sounds btw? Thanks for the help I appreciate it.
@Whentherushcomes9 жыл бұрын
Messiah Hi, to use the Morph function without the mod wheel, you can connect an expression pedal directly to the Control Pedal connection on the back of the A1(R). The manual probably gives you more information on that topic. Seems like a good option If you don't need the keys.
@M3sslah9 жыл бұрын
Whentherushcomes Yeah I got the table version which is really nice since I have that Fatar VMK 188 plus, and I bought a Roland EV-7 pedal it's so nice, like even better than modwheel since both hands free to play, it's awesome to do those filtersweeps with the foot. I have you to thank for my purchase really, very nice videos of this synth and thanks for all help.
@Whentherushcomes9 жыл бұрын
Messiah Nice setup! It actually makes me think why I'm still doing the morph effects with the mod wheel :) . Thanks and enjoy the A1

How limited would you say this is, I hear so much shit how bad it is when it comes to creating sounds in the long run but from what I hear it sounds amazing and really special. It is digital but it still have something I really like, it's alive in it's own way and it would fit it's own place in a song easy. Would recommend getting a second hand g2 more, could that synth do all this can do or are they very different machines? Great playing btw, awesome playing and sounds are all so musical and want you to just throw money at the screen.
@M3sslah9 жыл бұрын

This synth is getting so much bad shittalk but from what you bang out of it sure sound amazing am I missing something. Everyone say it's so limited but I hear so much versatility even more so than if you would play a real analog tbh. What do you think about the synth, recommend or shit on?
@Whentherushcomes9 жыл бұрын
Messiah Hi, definitely recommended! The 2nd osc is a bit limited, but it never really bothered me. It makes it easy to come up with great sounding patches very quickly. And with the 4 parts and effects you can make them sound huge.
