Where are ALL the comments on your videos???

You got it right - the comments engagement is the highlight of publishing a new video! I hate that YT is fouled up and this happens - especially with Goofy. I often can't remember to go check videos for New comments to find his :(

The comment section is what makes the video so much more engaging, I too, have discovered this and going back to older videos to respond to the comments I have been missing. I have my tab set to "newest" Great tip! Thanks

We (absolutely) love the comment section too. Yeah, we keep the newest box checked on the computer. We had people ask us via email, "Why didn't we respond to their comments?" And yes, I had to search for their comment.

That's a great tip, Patrick. But now I'm a little paranoid about older videos, checking the "NEWEST" comments on each video after the video is posted is a good idea, but what if someone posts a comment on an older video, and we don't get a notification... 🤔 ... ugh ... those ones would concern me, because I always respond to every comment ( like you do as well ). I post a lot of comments on other people's videos, and I've not been concerned when I don't get a response, and now I realize that it might be because of this issue, who knows 🤪 Again, good info, Patrick 😁👍

I've had that happen on a few people. One thing that drives me nuts(like you said most people try to comment on all comments) is when it's a reply to a reply and we don't get notifications about it and months later I see it randomly looking at something else

The default is “Top Comments” not “All Comments” but who knows what algorithm they use to determine that. Because of this I started using the comment section on the KZbin studio app. For the most part, they’re all there. I think anyway.

I did a bit of a test, I did not get ALL of the comments to come up on the Studio App. In order to find Goofy’s, I have to go to the “newest” tab in the comments section on each video…. It’s a bummer because I am afraid I will/have missed some comments….. Again, thanks Jack

I have seen that on occasion too. The biggest problem for me is knowing that there are some individuals that make comments, but I don’t get notified anywhere. If that happens on an older video, I’ll never know!! Thanks Jerry!!

I haven't produced any videos in a couple of months, but I still get the occasional comment on one of my old videos. I try to respond to all of them. I really don't know if I am missing any. I do know that I don't see all of your videos pop up immediately after they are published. KZbin is a mystery.
