Even though I have no Argentinian ancestry or any real links to the country, for me it'll always be a second home. Or at least as close as I have to that, with the erratic life that I lead. It's the one country I understand almost as well as my own, and it was a great time being back there last December. We didn't get to everything on this trip -- far from it. But I'll be back, sooner rather than later. Nos vemos, mis amigos. Hey Sabbatical, I subscribed to you a few days ago looking at your videos from bariloche and its connection to the nazi's. Its crazy in this video how you started out by mentioning "el alamo" the bar in Recoleta, I use to go there to play beer pong tournaments and eat their BBQ chicken wings. All this being said while walking right in front of the Park Hyatt hotel where I use to work at. After that you go to retiro and take the train to San Isidro which is where I live. Its a shame that no one could get you around to show you a bit more about San Isidro, the man was not wrong on what he said, but there definately is way more things to see! Happy to know your love and connection with Argentina. I went to an international school and most of my friends are from all around the world and we keep in touch. We are always in talks for them to come back to visit as they have that same feeling of connection like you, and thats something that makes me super proud and happy about my country. Even tho our economy and politicians are trash, the people, culture and nature make it a wonderful place to visit or live in. Best of luck on your future travels! Hope to have you back soon in Argentina!!!
