its the wild west of wages especially in sales. They don't follow wage and hour laws.

In the last 2 years i have had to file 3 wage and hour complaints. One was for a large roofing company and the other for one of the biggest mortgage company. 2 resulted in large payouts. I am in sales and for some reason all the sales jobs are draw or commission only and they miss classify you like crazy
