I usually like your videos, but I felt that this was a giant advertisement for FLY8MA, inc. You tell us to correlate this to a checkride ("figure this out within about 5 to 10 seconds") and then provide us with no information that we would actually have on a checkride. On any given flight we'd know from where we departed and have an approximate track on where we had flown, a huge piece of info. Using private pilot or commercial pilot knowledge (as a theoretical applicant would have in this checkride scenario), we'd probably have a VOR tuned in and we'd know what radial we were on, another huge piece of information. If you're going to put up hypothetical questions, at least make them somewhat accurate to a real life scenario.

Agreed. Area 2 also doesn't give any information about where the photos are in relation to each other, a necessity for spatial awareness.
