Excellent videos - I'm a recent subscriber. To-date I've used Ardour & Reaper (native Linux version) for audio with a little dabble into MIDI. I want to get more into MIDI/electronic music creation and wondered which is better for MIDI - Ardour or Reaper - or at least how they compare? When I did once try a mainly MIDI creation, many years ago, I used Rosegarden (as Ardour didn't do MIDI at the time). I notice Rosegarden released a new version December 2022 - how does Rosegarden fit into the MIDI mix, as it does audio as well? Many thanks.

Hello Unfa..I'm currently wrestling with ubuntu studio, jack, ardour, jjazzlab, polyphone and😮reaper. You seem to speak the same language as me. You appear to recognise the topics that bewilder and baffle mere mortals such as I. I've had a look at unfa chat and it's not for me. "Social media" i see as the devil's work. In particular facebook. I've watched you tutorials so often i see you as a pal. If you could wave the unfa magic over reaper I'd die a happy man. Anything you could do about any of the above applications not covered would be appreciated. I'll find a way of sending some dough. Best regards. P
