Advertising is dependent on how many listeners you get, surely you'd want to listen to your audience and improve your content. We (Disc Golf UK) heard you were talking about Disc Golf, and yes Chris, at least in our biased opinion it is better than golf! :D If you guys fancy a game we can get you out there at one of the 100 or so courses we've installed in the last few years. Fastest growing sport in the country and we reckon with some focused coaching we could turn Crouchy or Sids (and possibly you as well Chris!) into good enough players to play for team GB within a year or two if they fancy getting back out competing for their country again!

Everton basically chose to be bad... they were regularly finishing near top 6 when i got into the sport. they had a good managers, good players. Then they got rid of the good manager and good players, and they've never brought in any quality anywhere in the club, ever since. They got rid of Moyes and destabilized the entire club, then later they got rid of Lukaku, and once he went, everton has never been able to score goals since then. They just need a few good players and a good manager and they would be fine, but the owners either cant or wont do that.

Moshiri made huge mistakes 2016-2020, and we are still working our way out of the mess he created. We’ve actually turned a profit on player trading for the last 3 years running. It’s been a perfect storm with loss of our financial backer Usmanov through Russian sanctions, needing to fund the stadium build, then the knock on effect of failing PSR, and therefore having to sell star players and replace with cheaper options. Everton are circling the drain, but there is light at the end of the tunnel if we can survive the next 2/3 seasons.

Ffp is a very good thing for clubs to survive. Football is a business. why is a football club any different from any other company. If players contracts had performance related pay it would make a difference. instead, players have a gross wage plus bonuses. some say that is performance related but its not really. they can still earn, lets say £4,000 a week if they and the team are bottom or top of their league. they just dont get their bonuses. have sliding scale wage works on a monthly sliding scale, bottom 6= 2k a week, top 6 = 4k a week. people say players would not tolerate that. make it a world wide regulation and the choice to go elsewhere makes no difference. if a club are relegated, then at least the outgoings shrink before getting into huge financial trouble. if the club are promoted then they can afford to pay the max 4k to each player. clubs are greedy, plyers are greedy, thats only makes for huge financial issues.
