It was never about if he just a player who can do good in one league. I literally saw maany matches of PSG. Their were no passing between the midfielders and the forward players. There' nothing wrong with Messi at PSG. It's just that the club doesn't know how to respect a legend. Based on statistics, Messi's stats were great: 67 goal contributions in 75 matches. He has a better ratio than previous legends like Ronaldinho, Pauleta, Cavani, Icardi, Lavezzi, and Di Maria. Those legends are forwards. PSG expected Messi to deliver them to the UCL all by himself but did not give him the authority to be the captain or make the team revolve around him as Argentina and Barcelona did. Aside from that, PSG spend millions for attackers but not defenders. Ultras are angry at Messi because of the WC.
