The fact that human beings thrived there for so long is the true enigma. The statues are are just what people do. The humanity,the complexity or our wandering species is the real fascination.

The brown hats on some of the Easter Island statues are possibly KOLPIK/ SHTREIMEL HATS. Alexander Salmon Jr.was the DE FACTO RULER of Easter Island from 1878 to 1888. Alexander Salmon Jr. with an English father and Tahitian mother was also a Jew, and he had a godlike status on Easter Island. The BROWN KOLPIK HATS with the raised crown were probably a tribute to Alexander Salmon who was possibly given such a hat by his father. The family were a mercantile dynasty with extensive plantations in the South Seas.

When and after I did Ayahuasca in a lethal dosage. Eastern Island is the place I will need to go. I cannot explain why but I need to go there is I can survive the Ayahuasca trial. I need some help because going to Peru is one thing but reaching Eastern Island with the freedom to move on the Island and around the island , and to stay there as long as needed. I may die at Eastern Island because I will have to do something dangerous and yes I'm fearless except for one thing "Thalassophobia is an intense phobia or fear of large or deep water. If you have thalassophobia, you may be afraid of the ocean, sea, and large lakes." and yes this mean that I will have to swim into the water around the island and accomplish the Bird Man trial. Even if I have thalassophobia , I will face my deepest fear and accomplish this trial or die trying. I will need help and ressources at some point because there is only so much I can do alone.

Why should we assume the statues were moved? Can we assume that they were built at the same spot they now stand? For instance, people could have moved cement to the spot by the pound and mixed the cement with water to get cement concrete, and then moulded the concrete into statues with human fingers.
@tarafderpriyam15093 жыл бұрын
It isn't made of cement. -_- It is made of volcanic rocks in a rock quarry close to the mouth of the volcanic crater on that island. Yeah it's true that out of the 800 statues on that island 400 are around that crater, but rest are scattered around the island. So obviously they had to be moved.
@legpol3 жыл бұрын
@@tarafderpriyam1509 :Thank you. If you believe the statues were made from rocks, then you need to show what metal tools were used to carve them, and how they were transported around. If we believe they were made with cement, you don't need to do all these. Let me show you cement was also used to build something else, such as the platform on which the 15 statues stand, and the pedestals on which each statue stand. Please go and take a hard look at the 15 statues and the pedestals built with cement and pebbles. You will find all the 15 statues are hollow. If they were built with rock, they would not be hollow, they don't need any pedestals to stand on. Please come back and tell me again.
@tarafderpriyam15093 жыл бұрын
@@legpol 1. Cement was discovered in 1824, while these were made hundreds of years ago. 2. They are not hollow. 3. Archaeologists have practically demonstrated that it wasn't hard for the people to carve those statues with simple tools since once the rock is broken, it can be easily cut into desired shape. 4. Which pedestal are you talking about? The one where the statues are lined up above the ground?
@legpol3 жыл бұрын
@@tarafderpriyam1509 : Maybe I was talking about a different kind of cement invented by people thousands of years ago. You see, ancient people built brick walls thousands of years ago. What material were the bricks made of? What was the binding material called? The pedestals I talked about are those under the 15 statues on a long black platform. The platform must be built by a kind of cement. Then, the 15 statues are supported by 15 pedestals made of pebbles which in turn are held together with a whitish binder, and I called the binder cement. The 15 statues must be held by the pedestals so firmly that the statues will not be toppled by winds from the sea. Therefore, the 15 statues must be hollow.
@tarafderpriyam15093 жыл бұрын
@@legpol yeah some form of cementing material might have been used. But they are already so heavy that their centre of gravity is quite low so they aren't toppled. Not because they are hollow. But they had to be moved from one place to another either way.
