I'm new to the coyote engine trying to learn a little . So my question is if you had the option between a coyote out of a f 150 or out of a mustang is there a performance difference between the two.? I would be using this engine to possibly put my 68 mustang. And I would assume there would be a computer difference between the two. Any advice would be helpful thanks. I really enjoy your channel . Dont f150 coyotes have a different firing order and head design from the mustang coyotes?

rics94svtbird heads are the same between truck and Mustang, but yes, the Gen II truck engine has a different firing order. To overcome that, just swap to Mustang cams. This only applies to Gen II (15-17)

Coyote's are everywhere, just look at www.car-part.com/ basically a network of all junkyards inventories. Keep in mind the motor is just the start, add $6-8K on top of the $2K for the motor if you are doing the work yourself.

It's literally called coyote motor, they're labeled as mustang engine or truck engine if that's what you mean
