What do you do when you hire people who apply through website that you advertise your job openings, only to destroy your buisness reputation by getting the appointment and not showing up, also you already have booked them few other clints, now you are short in cleaners, embarrassed confront of your client, and the next hire does ur all over again, they are only our there to eliminate your company, and perhaps steal your clients, who are frustrated by now?

Hi Sue, We live in an era of Zoom. You can now do job interviews on Zoom as a pre face to face meeting. If they don't show up to the call, don't schedule an in person interview. Also, how they show up to the call will give you volumes of information on how they might present themselves to a client or to a job interview.

This is such a great video and so informative. I have one question regarding hiring. How might you draw potential employees to your business if your just starting up and can't afford to offer benefits(referring to insurance) at this time. What are some other ways to draw them in and offer something of value to them so they feel the job is worth the hard work! Maybe some sort of monthly employee recognition?

Pro Tip: Click on the "Find a Job" link first and search for the type of job you're hiring for. Find out what your competitors are including in their ads and the prices they are paying for the type of job you are hiring for so you know if your pricing and promises are in alignment with your competitors in your market.

Where can I get great cleaning towels

Cotton Terry Cleaning Towels are the white cloths - used for everything you don't use microfiber on amzn.to/3b40VrC and they come in a wide assortment of sizes. They all clean about the same as they are cotton terry. I highly recommend them. On average I use about 6 per house I clean. And for the microfiber cloths I recommend something like this amzn.to/2Wo6jRk These come in a pack of 24 and they are multi-colored to prevent cross-contamination from bathrooms/kitchens. And I like the "edgeless" ones because then if you're wiping furniture with polish, or stainless steel appliances with polish, or cleaning mirrors, the edges don't leave smears or streaks.
