She only makes $225k at the township because she assumed Zuccarelli’s 8th term salary. If reelected, Henyard would go back to a first term salary, but she changed that where she keeps the 8th term salary if she gets reelected, even though she clearly hasn't put in the time and doesn't deserve it. It's just like any gov't job...the more tenure you have, the more your salary.
