I'm a Physical Training Instructor serving in the British Army, fitness enthusiast & vlogger.
This channel is dedicated to sharing with the journey as i progress through my career within the British Army.
I will be sharing day to day life with, courses, exercises, training as well as my personal life. Think of this channel as a documentary of a career within the military.

Glad you are well and doing good things. Lovely wee Spaniel. We have just come out of Lockdown #6.The most lockdowned city in the world. Fabziy is also MIA. Must be something in the water?!?! Stay safe.

DAN! Great to see you back again, awesome to hear how things have been with you guys. Donny looks a handful but sweet (as if having one spaniel wasn't hectic enough!). I've been working down near you this week, new building going up on Hawley Road in Frimley. Got treated to what I assume was one of the Army's Chinooks going straight over my head on Wednesday, towards Farnborough airport at what felt like 500ft! I understand the burnout regarding posting, I don't know where you get your ideas from, I'd be all out of things to say by the second video. Anyway, glad things are going well, both at home and at work, keep yourself safe out there and I look forward to the next upload as always!

0:44.., A couple of things I'm running through work (says the Army PTI).., Basil Brush.., BOOM BOOM BOOM.., a top tip I got from another youtuber is to focus on the content of the video and stick to it as it heavily reduces editing time.
