I’ve been enjoying the photos on Instagram from your travels, as well as seeing you pop up on Matthew and Michael‘s Instagram photos as well. I’ve never been to Italy or Spain, but it sounds like you had a terrific time, and I know I’ve heard wonderful things from several people about Barcelona specifically. The extra level of stress could be caused by the wedding planning. Even if its not as stressful as all that, it could raise the "base level of stress", so when you are then adding the stress of flying, and the other stuff that usually stresses you out, it boils over a bit more? Just a thought lol. Nice to see you guys again :)

Stress is cumulative and our threshold can vary depending on the intensity of daily exeriences. Diet, exercise, hobbies, relaxation, sex, sleep, socialization, work, etc., and self-care help combat negative effects of stress. Sometimes therapy and/or medication/suppliments are helpful. I had alopecia and have had group therapy, which was extremely beneficial! 💞
