I watched the first couple of episodes when they aired. It was exciting to see you on there but honestly I was a little disappointed at how soon you left the show. I get the sense that the isolation really got to you and that being alone isn't something that you feel very comfortable with (you mentioned in a previous video that you struggled with your mental health living alone when you moved out from your mum's). On this basis I'm guessing that the show was a huge mental challenge for you and it was maybe tougher than you expected it to be. I'd be interested to hear your debrief on KZbin. I'm sure there was a lot of your experience in Canada that was cut from the show because of time restrictions. It would be good to hear your side of it and get an insight into where your mind was at. All of that said, you should be proud of yourself for how far you got. You went out there and attempted something that many people wouldn't even dream of doing and that takes guts in itself. Hopefully learning from this experience and working on what you need to work on will only take you higher. Remember that every successful person experiences failures... It's how you learn from each failure that is important.

Definitely wouldn’t consider it a failure. Simply having the bravery to enter is an achievement. And being in tune with yourself, knowing your limitations and being self aware enough of your own mental health to know when to stop and ask for help is commendable in my opinion ❤️

Mentioning failure is not intended to be mean. The idea of failure gets a bad rep, but in reality it's unrealistic to expect to succeed at everything you do. Its only through recognising when you have failed that growth can occur. Pretending you haven't failed when you feel like you have doesn't help anyone... least of all yourself. Only Laura can really determine whether or not she feels like she failed to do what she set out to... and if she feels that way, my words were intended as encouragement, not criticism.
