@@natalinoamaral434 Yes,people who studied before1961 can speak Portuguese. After India invaded Goa in 1961 India banned the Portuguese language like how Indonesia banned in East Timor

Sounds like an AI generated voice. Emphasis on the wrong syllables is a dead giveaway. The software developer did not add that when you have a diacritic over any Portuguese word that syllable gets stressed. Better to find a human who speaks Portuguese to review the basic facts about lusophone countries.
