To answer Mike's question about Impostor Syndrome @26:15: Main reason artists and other creatives develop it is because most of us are self-critical of our own work, often viewing it as lesser then it is due to various aspects of it, often stuff that everyday people might not notice at all. Details that only trained eyes might catch on. That leads to feeling like what we achieve is not worth what people praise it for. Basically, the more you give a fuck about putting out your best work out there, the more likely you are to end up doubting if you deserve to be where you are. And Tim Buckley didn't give a damn about what he put out. Therefore, he ended up doing stuff like CAD but at the same time, never improved in that regard.

I was learning to cook right before my depression spiraled out of control. The only complex thing I managed to learn how to cook was deviled eggs, maybe one day when I manage to crawl out of the dark pits of my own mind I'll finally learn another. My sister won't say it because like she knows what I'm like but I can tell she thinks its annoying I bring deviled eggs to every family dinner.

Lasagna is a rather easy dish to learn, and mixing the ricotta and parmesan cheese together with your hands can do some good for stress relief.
