@anthonycristofani6856 Kosker Salt ,pepper ,thyme,rosemary,garlic powder. easy on the rosemary. my 2nd favorite is Kosher salt and pepper and garlic powder. Make sure you ask the butcher to cut the bone off and ties it back on for you. Hope this helps you out. Brad. Merry Christmas.
