Seems like a nice person and a strong applicant. The extracurricular section just lacked emotion and personality, instead favoring technicality and job descriptions. There actually wasn't a lot of detailed stories in the extracurriculars, which many on App Renovation have (or at least try to), considering most have watched your videos in the past. He will likely do great this cycle with this advice.
