If he plays striker, he’d probably be a 25-30 goal per season player but you’d be getting those numbers and higher PLUS assists as a winger. Like the times Barcelona put Messi as an actual striker, it works but it’s restricting.

And with some more very likely transfers for the defense next year Real Madrid could work very well as a false nine formation with Mbappe up top. Also on the other hand even if all those defensive transfers los Blancos are looking for, Camavinga could easily fill in at the defense. Also I would like to point out Real Madrid is certainly benefiting from Bellingham, but doesn’t necessarily rely on him. For Mbappe to go to another club, he'll have to decrease his salary a lot. Madrid or Barcelona or any club of Europe would never pay that amount even if Barcelona were healthy economically. In my perspective, Kylian is the best player in the world. If Mbappe could go to Barcelona, we'd have to sell FDJ and Lewa. He'd come as free agent and he'd get 20M euros per year more or less. I'm not joking but, selling FDJ is a cost that Barcelona should do it. I love FDJ but he's too expensive for Barca. That's why I won't dream of having Mbappe until we fix our economics and Camp Nou coming back. Laporta is doing a great job in that scenario, so I'm hoping that in 2 years, we starts to be way more competitive on the market. And it's very good to see so many world class players wanting to play for Barcelona, even with our flaws. For now, we need a worldclass CDM and a LW. This is exactly what Mbappe needs to do whether he goes to Liverpool or Real Madrid because if he was on those clubs playing the way he’s playing now, he might be able to win bigger trophies and compete for the Ballon dor because whoever gets him, he improves them automatically that’s how good he is. Real Madrid have always been his dream club it’s a move that has been written in the stars as it’ll guarantee him champions league titles and the Ballon dor easily, but there’s a fear that his presence can imbalance the team and unsettle the dressing room, and even if Kylian Mbappe joins this team he’s a fantastic player, but this is Jude Bellingham’s team and as great of a trio Bellingham Mbappe and Vinicius look on paper, both Mbappe and Vini play in the same position and if you have Mbappe you should still build the team around Bellingham. You also have Rodrygo in great form and Endrick in the attack and I think Carlo Ancelotti is excellent when it comes to working with superstars I wonder how he can fit Mbappe into a team that has Vinicius Bellingham and Rodrygo without him disrupting the team flow and causing a disfunction in the dressing room because of this. There’s a guarantee that he won’t be unanimously Real Madrid’s best player. If this move never happens, he should go to Liverpool, as from an attacking perspective he fits Jurgen Klopp’s system as they create so many chances and they’re a very good counter attacking team and as we’ve seen with Mohamed Salah Sadio Mane and Diogo Jota, attackers often boost their numbers under him, without the ball if he goes there, they’ll cover for his defensive shortcomings because he won’t track back without possession. Staying at PSG is unlikely the only way it happens is if he gives this project another chance and build a champions league winning team around him and that might be difficult because they’re in a rebuilding phase right now and at the peak of his career, considering how badly this PSG project has failed, he doesn’t want to wait for them to have a competitive team for Europe since they’re further away from winning the champions league than ever before and winning Ligue 1 every season a player of his caliber it’s just not enough. Barca have not and will not be a destination for top players for years to come. Football has passed them up. Fit with Madrid could be clunky, but Mbappe is 25 going on 26 this year. They will play a very fluid style up front and I think it works out just fine. I do worry about the press, but I think letting Jude play more of a Box to Box role will be good.
