How do you gain direct shippers or brokers did you gain them after running for them of the load broad

So the direct brokers that I use, I pretty much got off of TikTok when they reached out to me or a couple off of the load boards that I’ve been working with for the past couple years. Direct shippers are a little different. Those are the ones I got that reached out to me off TikTok of saw my driving with my company logo on my truck 👍🏻
