I thanked god when you said it’s only a foot/ankle issue. And not a spine injury like mine. It’s a total nightmare even over a year later for me. Focus on your case while tinkering with the AP. Your accident attorney will find out how much the at fault persons insurance limit is, once they investigate on it, and it’s a nice amount, they will get you medical attention such as physical therapy and other types of care, make sure you keep your appointments and get the medical attention so you will win your case. I went through this and won 2 cases for me and my passenger, and they paid out a lot due to the reckless driving the other person did and the type of permanent injury I have. Unfortunately 2800 didn't even cover the medical expenses I had due to the accident. I am also left with permanent damage to my ankles. As a car enthusiast who loves to do motorsports and drives, this is a huge blow to my hobby that I've spent tens of thousands of dollars on over the years. While this doesn't mean I can't drive anymore, it does mean that the amount of HPDE I'm allowed to do is significantly less or else I aggravate my ankles to the point where I can't walk. It's possible that wasn't clear in the video and I apologize if it wasn't.
