Genau, Gerhard. Es muss ja was zum Trinken da sein. Die Fermentierung laeuft immer noch und in etwa 12 Wochen ist es dann Bier, das passt ja genau. In dem Sinne, viele Gruesse aus Donegal.

Since it is my birthday on Feb 1 and the first day of Spring, this American by way of Poland is an Irishman. If that's the case, I will drink an extra pint of Guinness Stout tonight. My people came to the States in 1866 and 1882. Maybe some Jamieson is in order. I been on a junk fly-tying jag. But the little Black Stones will be here soon.
