I had the same problem recently No symptoms other than foamy urine Got tested and protein was detected in urine also ACR was high at 280 (which should be less than 30 ideally) Consulted a nephrologist, on a 30 days medication currently, will get retested after 30 days

I had my tests done as you mentioned in video. Nothing came out. I consume whey protein (asitis). Not sure what to do next now. Should I stop taking whey ?

Thank you for sharing this. I faced a similar issue last year. Started consuming whey protein and noticed bubble/froth. I checked by stopping whey but still i got the same bubble/froth. Did all the check ups and everything was fine. So I continued having whey protein. Till today i get bubbles/froth. No other issues. This month I have changed the flavour of protein from chocolate to cappuccino. Now I'm getting that cappuccino smell while I'm urinating. Any thoughts? Is it because of a particular kind of flavour or something is wrong with me? I never got the smell of flavoured protein while i was consuming chocolate before this. Any thoughts? Brand - asitis

Usually the coffee smell will pass through while urinating even if you are a regular coffee consumer... do you notice this smell every single time you urinate or only once or twice (usually after consuming the protein)?

Bro is that safe to take 5000 iu vitamin d supplement daily as u recommend in earlier video? And also , if possible these make a video on supplements absorbing... Like zinc and copper isse, which vitamin is essential to absorbing another mineral, .............

I think you should take upto 4000 iu or else better go with a weekly dose of 60k dose with milk in the afternoon. For a more accurate dose,you should test your self with vit d and calcium blood test.. As far i know, Calcium and iron shd not be taken at once or same day. Better u take iron+vitc Next day vit calcium.

What a coincidence... I was thinking about the same thing when I noticed my first morning urine on an empty stomach was foamy.I was afraid. But later as the day passed, that thing was gone. @@BeardedChokra my protein intake is around 100 gm/ day as I hit the gym 5 days a week. No weird color as of now. Surprisingly, for 10-15 days I am noticing a slight, a very mild back pain in the early morning that usually lasts until I get up fully from my bed. The moment I get up and fully awake, the mild pain wears off. Is there any connection or that's just because of the "sardi se garmi waala mausam" type transitional pain?

@joydeepmoitra6521 this back pain might be due to sleeping posture or the use of incorrect pillow... it might also be a deficiency of vitamin d and/or magnesium... it would be advisable to get the tests done to gain clarity...

Though I've had a high protein diet last night. So it's clearly bubbles. Also, after a long sleep, the force of my urine was very high. Also, I don't have puffy face, no swelling in my abdomen, no water retention in my legs, nothing. Tell me what do you think.
