My preference is the Delta Reserved Card. I am a member and by holding this card, and adding my wife's additional card, I have saved money. For example, the card is great for access to the Centurion Lounge and Delta Sky Clubs. We save at least $100 per visit as we eat and drink on every layover. It is great. That alone has saved us around $300 per round trip, almost half of the membership fees. Also, for the first time, I took advantage of the companion certificate benefit; I purchased tickets to Cancun and we are flying first class with my daughter paying for 2 tickets instead of 3! That saved me $600+ so at this point, I cover the membership fee and more. Not to mention, we earned Sky Priority status with all the benefits of our Medallion status.

I personally prefer the Delta Reserve card. Main reason being that you can manage the annual fee without traveling much - up to 560$ back in credits not counting the companion pass which by itself can be extremely valuable. On the other hand, United and AA are mainly aiming to obtain positive balance by only spending a lot using those cards. Great video as always Matt!

I’d pick the United club card between the three as it has great perks like unlimited airline lounge access and primary CDW. And you get more checked bags free

Yes, the Delta cards are more usable, I have both the Delta Reserve and Reserve business, so I am all in on managing the credits. As someone living in Seattle, I got the AA cite Executive card because I can get into the Alaska lounges with it along with the other One World partner lounges. Not sure the United Club card makes sense for me right now because the United club lounges are so-so.

There's no competition. The reserve card is far superior to the other two

With all the credits the card cost 90 a year and that’s not including the amount saved with 15 lounge visits you would normally spend on food and the free buy one get one ticket.

The Reserve Card is easily the best.

For me its more about location and where you live, I live in Miami (AA Hub) so I have the American Airlines Executive and Platinum cards But because I'm OCD about collecting good credit cards, I also have the Delta Reserve and Platinum Skymiles Cards. Never had United cards because I just use the CSR or CSP to transfer points.

I do like the reserve, but as far as the upgrade list it doesnt do much for you. It’s an airline that targets more of the elite with their incredibly high spend to meet status. So, even if you have their CC it doesn’t really put you that much higher since people with status usually overtake you

Being stationed in Okinawa Japan, the United Infinite reserve is the best one. I can book ANA domestic flights from Naha to Tokyo for as low as 7-8k points one way. Sometimes worth twice in cash rate. I also receive access on ANA lounges which are very nice. Platinum status for IHG has upgraded me to suites more than being a hilton diamond. And the $75 ihg credit is very easy to use.
