No idea why Jimmy Anderson's action is so unpopular, it has kept him playing tests from the age of 20 to the age of nearly 42. Also, how did Richard Hadlee not get a mention, one of the smoothest actions ever.

Exactly!! Spot on about Jimmy

Exactly. Kimber is ranting about how many balls jimmy bowled atm. He would never have bowled so many if he didnt have such a smooth action

For us Indians specially born in late 90s, no one comes close to Zaheer Khan, that action with poise was so elegant that any random person would do it even randomly on streets

Good list overall. Not sure what Anderson is doing in there though 😂 I'd add Harbajhan to the long list atleast though, his action was iconic.
@sayantanbhadra12917 ай бұрын
Fantastic topic! Took me back to my childhood. Don't know why Behram was crucified for picking Jimmy as no 1, poetry in motion like he described. That rhythmic action is one of the main reasons for his longevity too

No one mentioned Debasish Mohanty? I am gutted! He was the only bowler with a perfectly symmetrical bowling action! 😁

No one picked Dennis Lillee who had the most pure bowling action of all time? Or Michael Holding with the best run up? Dale Steyn?Imran Khan for the jump, Waqar Younis for the energy, Kapil Dev was iconic in what he did in the jump with his hands. Malcolm Marshall with the slanted run up. Lance Klusener and Dominic Cork fascinated me as well.

I think most names were mentioned in at least honorable mentions list. I think few names that missed were Sunil Narine, Ashok Dinda, Sreesanth.

I think Paddy Dooley and Ntini/Sohail Tanveer deserved an honorable mention at least! (And a rogue pick: Kedhar Jadhav😂)
@faisalrattani91542 ай бұрын
Behram calling Mushtaq's action unique clarified for me of when he started watching cricket. Even Jarod did not correct him when he called it unique. Mustaq's action was a Carbon Copy of Abdul Qadir. There is only one match in 1989 aginst India where both of them played together. This is th famous Sachin match wherehe hit multiple sixes in one over of both Qadir and Mushtaq.

You guys are absolute weirdos. Honestly 😂 Everyone know the list needs to be Brett Lee, Akhtar, Zaheer Khan, Murali, Warne, Malinga, Steyn, Akram, Freddie Flintoff, Harbhajan Singh, Kumble, Bumrah, and then whoever and whatever. WTF was that list! Stop giving Behram first pick EVER! Jarrod goes 3, Estelle goes 2, then Behram goes 1 😂 Behram has the worst first picks ever in any episode 😂😂
@rihitjamb37577 ай бұрын
Surprised how Lilee or imran weren’t picked. Behram and Estelle need to do more research being journos they have a really limited knowledge of the games history
