It's good to see him back here, constantly uploading videos. Rob riches has probably the greatest physique I've ever seen, I think he's very proportional, certainly a inspiration to me. I'm not sure he's natural but I like the tips he gives anyway.

Xxp0r its pretty unlikely that he hasnt taken gear before. He's hit 4% bodyfat at some points which is basically imposdible without substances that arent easily obtained. Either way it really doesnt matter. Hes and incredible bodybuilder, competitor, and dieter. Its not like you take gear and your body isntantly looks like his, he works for it and he knows a lot

Rob, please make a video about heavyweight low reps and lightweight high reps, i'm sure there are a lot of misunderstanding about the difference between them, and i it would be great hearing it from you with your experiences ( for making a lean muscular body)

How do you squat in those type of sneakers with the high heel...I feel I lose power at the bottom so I squat either barefoot or very flat sneakers.

He is not powerlifter lifting maximum weight..and if he feels comfortable with those shoes where is the fucking problem? I got the same shoes for squating and I have no problem to do it right and I feel just fine. I am tired to read this shit again and again.
