Unholy Dk’s! Definitely an underrated class fun-wise. Plus the changes to the gargoyle made it more interactive, you don’t have to snapshot anymore. You pump, you bring good buffs for caster and a lot of dps.

Demonology warlock, even if your guild already have one, chances are they would love to be affliction, only downside is that its very gear dependant so might be hard to come in undergeared, but its still better than none

Like they switched TO a druid tank from a Death Knight Tank? I have noticed our DK tank getting obliterated in 1.2 seconds a few times lol. I am gearing my Druid up as Feral DPS but now I'm starting to think I should gear the tank set too. Is your Druid Feral tank using the resil gear?

@@linqwow yes he was blood dk prior to the change, then swapped to feral druid. As far as I know it’s just regular gear, no PvP gear.

@@linqwow I'm a feral tank main. I think we do pretty good right now on algalon since, with indestructible pot running I have 71% physical damage mitigation through armor. If a paladin has say, 65% that means they are baseline taking 20% more damage a hit (though of course they have more avoidance and cheat death). We have no magic mitigation though aside from high health pool. Also at the start of the fight our paladin's tanking and we bloodlust, and a bear being cat for that first part of the fights gonna do quite alot more damage than any other off tank. Also an extra battle rez and I can throw out 2 innervates a fight.

From my experience a warlock always finds a raid spot, but good luck with gearing up.... you are going to need it.

Thanks mate - is hunter pets annoying to manage with AOE damage in raids? like it was for TBC and Vanilla?

It is much more manageable now that pets take less AOE damage BUT there are still times where it can be annoying. Pet can stand in fire or cosmic smashes if you aren't lucky and if you send your pet to a yogg crusher it will die instantly of course haha. I would say its not as annoying as TBC or Vanilla but still takes a bit of management for sure. I still remember my pet dying every single time we pulled 3Drake Sartharion but that's prob just a personal skill issue on my part lol. Hope that helps :)

Hi, I play in Grobb-Alliance too :D currently leveling my 4th char, A mage, then I Dont know if should go with Shaman or Hunter.

Yooo maybe I've seen you around or played with one of your characters? For shaman vs hunter I would say do you want to be ranged dps or do you want the options of changing around? I find Hunter to be really fun and probably more fun than elemental shaman, however, Enhancement shaman is pretty unique and fun so if you are interested in melee then that may be the way to go :)

Currently playing an enhance shaman and have a mix of BIS and 2nd bis gear. Enhance absolutely pumps. Dont get to run 25 man much but on algalon im bursting 10k plus easy at the start of the fight. Lots of fun and always a button to press evsry gcd.

Enhancement shaman is such a blast! Elemental is fun too but Enhancement is so fast paced and tons of button presses. I am gearing my enhancement spec on my shaman currently and I'm about ready to pump on mine too!

That is exactly what i would have said for Atiesh server. Only thing I would do different is dont waste your offspec on Discipline priest unless someone specifically has a spot for you. Disc priests cant heal with other disc priests and its a royal pain in the ass. Bubbles sont stack and they leave a debuff

Very true, if there is already a disc priest in the guild then its definitely better to keep a holy spec on OS as shadow! I also hear Holy Priest is extremely fun but I haven't played it myself. Would be something cool to try

Just my opinion, but I think Hunter is one of the most fun classes! I'll probably release something that goes a bit more in-depth on hunters in the next few weeks but pet management isn't tooooo bad. There are some fights where you gotta pull them out to keep them alive but I have attack and follow set to Z and X to make it a bit easier. You don't have to feed them anymore with the mend pet glyph so thats not bad either. The one thing I can think of is every time I switch to my dual spec it seems to set my pets 6 minute cooldown to use automatically so I have to turn that off each time lolol. Kind of goofy. But I still highly recommend the class, trapweaving just makes it so fun!

i have a hunter and the reason "there isnt that many hunters around" is that actually no one wants a hunter. they are the weaker ranged dps compared to warlocks or balance druids or mages so they get only like 1 spot in a raid for misdirect. also the gameplay gets pretty boring really fast i raided for 3 weeks and retired my hunter. i enjoy playing my fury warrior way more.

Is it ICC or togc where marksman becomes viable?

I believe it will get enough armor penetration to fully come online in ICC, however, I play MM now when we need the 10% attack buff in raid and it can still pull decent numbers in Ulduar gear. It won't go toe to toe with survival just yet but likely near the end of Phase 3 and beginning of phase 4 we will see MM overtake survival. This is all a guess though, could shake out differently!

The rotation listed there doesn't include Explosive Trap but trapweaving is mentioned on the page. If you want to be putting out damage you MUST be trapweaving. I can recommend a really good video on trapweaving if you need it or you may already be familiar with what it is. Let me know! :)

you should have added warlocks insane dps with low gear، scales great with gear specially demo locks, great star killers in alga fight, you miss them dearly if you wipe on vezax (which you shouldn't at this point but meh it happens) god tier for yogg 0 attempts and ofc all the good quality of life stuff they even give you a hp Candy 🍬

A lot of people are hoping that they make Classic Era completely free to play. It would be a huge boost to the game's population I think.. And yesssss I am currently leveling my rogue (56) and a warlock (15) and I just want to be able to boost them both so I can try Ulduar on some new classes D:

Bears are really good but you have to be willing to PVP. A 650 Resilliance Bear can solo tank Thorim and a lot of their best gear in PVE content is Arena gear because they scale abnormally well with Resilliance. This can make them really easy to gear because most of your gear comes from PVP so if you're in a DKP guild for example it can be really good to tank as a Bear because you'll only want a few select items making gearing almost completely uncontested.

It actually has nothing to do with resilience, thats a TBC thing, and all it ever did in TBC was help reach crit immunity. There was never a "scales well with resilience" factor. In Wotlk the Survival of the Fittest talent alone gives bears crit immunity. Some pieces of pvp gear just have more relevant stats, especially stamina for a survival set. Also, the weapon is the only piece that has a massive difference (72 stamina). If you look at BiS lists, they usually only prescribe 3-4 pvp pieces and the alternative pieces are extremely close in value. I tank 10m Algalon with no 25man gear aside from badge purchases and flame leviathan drops (because you can do 25m FL with 10 people) and I have no pvp gear :P Moral is, you absolutely do not "have to" PVP. If you are not pvping already because you enjoy it it is not worth it. All content is clearable without it.

Hurricane druid aoe spell has one of yhe strongest debuff in the game on aoe pulls btw. Attack speed reduction. Halves enemy dps. even for bosses

@@linqwow Hunter is my main, and I played marksman for all of P1 and P2 finally swapping to survival now so it remains to be seen how much I’ll like that, The priest alt started just to have a second MC for Raz on 25s but it’s grown on me. I would say Ele sham is the least engaging of the three.

@@BlameCarson I think Survival is a bit more fun than marksmanship or at least a bit more engaging, so hopefully you enjoy it :) I have an ele sham at 80 and Spriest at like 72 and I still agree that Ele shaman feels the least engaging. Its still fun for sure, just super easy rotation. Spriest with Mind Flay and dots makes it feel pretty fast paced and fun. I still need to max lvl mine when Joyous Journeys shows back up!

They offer more dps and raid utility than DKs and warriors, and are only less tanky than paladins due to paladins having a cheat death. You see so few because at the start of wotlk all the streamers/content creators ranked feral as below paladin and DK, and the masses ate it up. But speed running guilds quickly realized that was incorrect. Also, feral scales harder than other tanks with gear, so the gap will only widen.

Warlocks are definitely another great choice! Very stackable in raids so almost any raid group could take another warlock. Great damage, soulstones, healthstones, summons. Warlock could have easily gone on this list! I think if I had added a 5th class in the video it would have been Warlock.

With my guild we were running 2 resto shamans so each range group can have 1 HS Totem, you place it once and 4 people get constantly healed without taking you any mana, another heal to consider is the Draenei racial as it's not taking any mana as well.

Feral is the number 1 off tank lol. Get your facts straight. You solo tank everythin with pala or prot warrior and off tank with a feral that DPS when no tanking is needed.

We pally/dk tank, most fights you can just straight up solo as a pally, you get a nice cooldown rotation between the two.

could not disagree more about hunter. Wrath talents are complete aids, like sniper training and lock and load. Soylent sting is shoehorned into pve, misdirection has global cooldown, trap weaving is gay and all the traps have a 2 second delay. If you do anything other than raid, you instantly oom unless you have hunting party. It's 51 talent points for a boring arcane shot replacement; survival belongs in the trash.
