Which Combat Vehicle Will Be Most Effective in Ukraine's Assault? CV90, Marder, Bradley or Stryker?

The United States and several European countries, including Germany and France, have announced that they will send various combat equipment to Ukraine to help Kiev seize a narrow window of opportunity to launch a counterattack against Russian forces. This assistance will also help Kyiv defend against a possible Russian spring offensive. Infantry fighting vehicles (IFV) are near the top of the list of combat vehicle types that Ukraine requires.
Sweden’s CV90, or Combat Vehicle 90 series, was originally schemed in the mid-1980s as a family of fighting vehicles and has resulted in a wide variety of variants for different missions.
The Bastion APC is a 4×4 armored personnel carrier vehicle that was produced by French Company ACMAT, that incorporates blast protection technology with the mobility of a light armored vehicle.
The Marder is one of the world’s older IFVs. But despite its age Marder remains operational owing to its balance of speed, protection, firepower and capacity.
The U.S. Army’s Bradley infantry vehicle is a full-tracked, medium armored vehicle capable of providing cross-country mobility and protection to mechanized units. (Also check out our Military Mechanics Bradley IFV video • The Future of War - Br... )

It should be noted that the CV90 is currently one of the four IFV's currently being considered to replace the Bradley. The results they'll get in Ukraine will surely be considered during the trials.

Bradley and CV90 would be the most useful, besides, the CV90 is built to prevent sinking too deep into the mud so it should have an easier time moving in the muddy seasons

Marder is very reliable and robust - I think it will serve Ukraine very well and should be delivered in larger numbers. 100 Marders plus 100 CV90s plus 200 Bradleys and 200 Strykers plus French and other light tanks will definitively make the difference in this war - they can destroy 100-200 enemy light tanks (and some heavy tanks) weekly, which after 8-10 weeks will change the basics in this war.

From generation 3, it has. It's generation 3 that is sent to Ucraine.

​@@boek2777 mk4, mk3 is "just" up armored, upgraded with a commanders hunter-killer nv/thermal/day-night sight, an air conditioned fighting compartment, external cameras and a commanders tactical display and data link allowing the commander to quickly and easily request indirect fire support and share battlefield intelligence with other vehicles.

Swedish 9040C (the ones Ukraine got) CAN fit the ATGM pod, wheter it's Bill2, Spike, or Akeron I leave unsaid, but it's a shame they didn't get any pods.. however I think this is just the first batch, if the Ukrainian crews use them with good tactics and Sweden gets to join NATO I'm 100% more will be donated after more crews are trained, and hopefully they are a bit newer... when it comes to tanks Sweden's pretty limited, but we do have lots of CV90's in stock and we produce them ourself so we're not limited in that regard..

all of these now can be seen wreck in northern and southern Robotine..Russian don't bother shooting you with 12.5mm or 7.5mm when they see all of this junk, They shoot at them with minimum RPG-7s or just tell the drones the enemy location, and Ka-52 and Lancet do the rest.

Cv9040C is what Sweden donated to Ukraine. Last time i check Ukraine will buy 1000 units together with Slovakia and Czech... Its maby propaganda... Enyway cV9040C is fullsize with everything the Swedish army needed in Afghanistan... 37 tons.. It will clean buches and the Sky...

America didn't learn nothing from WWII they still build them as tall as the Sherman tank. 😅 An armored personel carrier is just that use it for just that. Get your men in and out as fast as possible. Use use light medium heavy tanks for support. America packs everything on an APC to look like a battle ship and sink like one. 👍 Or hollow out M1 Abraham's tank and make a personel carrier out of it simple. Just do it. 😊
