Baking By Feel, I think. They all sound interesting, though. I have a lot of cookbooks close to 100(probably more), but I only cook from five regularly. Excited to see how you get on.

I was super excited about the baking by feel book until it was clear it meant feelings and not “mouth feel” 😂 I tend to think the texture of food is more important than the flavor so I think a book organized by the texture of the finished product would be a great idea. I vote for the pie book as I’m curious to see what pies are chosen for each state. Either was looking forward to this series as my mom and I are big cook book connoisseurs

I love this so much! I hope you do end up doing a couple from the others that don't win as well because they literally all sound interesting! I'm kind of in my recipe era right now lmao so this is perfect. I voted for Baking by Feel but they literally all sound so good, it was so hard to choose lol
