Because of their precious FreDOm, MILLIONS of people ignored the warnings about Covid-19 and went outside without a mask, and the goverment was busy arguing wether it was even real or not. this lead to an insane amount of sick people overunning the hospitals leaving people with massive debt, and they were the lucky ones. because the hospitals were filled to the brink, most people couldn't even get treated, and all of this happend at the same time leading to a massive bodycount. All that and im not even going to in on how corporations have lied to the citizens about global warming, and countless other things that have contributed to the devolution of the fucked up mass of land that's between Canada and Mexico.

There are also sub-cultures within each country that also determines the outlook of the majority of people. Don't forget the class system is alive & well in many countries. I have noticed that, or at least it seems t me, that a lot of immigrants name their country of origin among those they hate. And it kind of gives a warm feeling: they have escaped, they know why they left and they feel good in their new country. I do not, of course, know that those people are from the countries they mention to hate, I am only guessing. But it is sth I have noticed in all those videos. Also, the certainty they say it with. While other people have to think and giggle and then say sth random.

Hey Gus is it possible for you to do a survey anonomyously also? For instance there might be a cognitive bias in form of Observer-expectancy effect. But also some people would probally only say which countries that are social acceptable to hate. For instance the odds of meeting a person from USA or China are lower than meeting someone from Spain or France. And if u have showed your face on the internet saying you hate people from that country, and you encounter such a person it could get awkward.

Denmark is taught english very early on in school. When I went to school it was in 3rd grade, now its in 1st grade. About everyone can speak english, it’s very few people that dont speak english at all. And we often adopt either a British or American accent if we dont use our danish accent, which for me is horrible xD ahaha
